Yo.

*pauses to watch people die of shock that I've actually made a post*

Those people who read my blog, or are in some way connected to certain fandoms (particularly HP) will no doubt be aware of the recent furore about lj deleting journals without warning. ( link ). Both of the HP artists, I believe, were eventually apologised to and offered their LJs back. There was much wank to-do.

Because of this, a lot of people are migrating (and fandoms). At this moment in time I will not be deleting this journal (although it did cross my mind) because, lets face it, I joined to keep in touch and not every one I'm friends with is involved in fandom, and not all fandoms are moving, as far as I know.

However after lurking with my head beneath the parapet whilst things start to settle it seems to me that the current likely move for HP fandom at least is InsaneJournal. So, I've got one.

I've tried to friend everyone on my flist here who I can find on IJ, but if I've missed you- or you're under a different name over there- please come and friend me :)

Like this journal, I'm not going to be posting much on IJ- my blog remains at my deadjournal
